The ideal candidate must bridge the gap between technical construction data and high-end 3D presentation. Key Responsibilities: IFC Drawing Sets: Develop "Issued for Construction" (IFC) packages with high precision. MEP &amp; Plumbing Integration: Coordinating architectural layouts with MEP and plumbing systems to ensure zero-clash designs. 3D Modeling &amp; Rendering: Creating photorealistic interior/exterior renders for client approval. Required Skills: Technical: Expertise in drafting architectural and MEP drawings. Software (BIM/CAD): Proficient in Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD. Software (Visualization): Advanced skills in 3ds Max or Revit + V-Ray for high-quality 3D output. Experience: Proven track record in construction documentation and spatial coordination.
