• Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and portion fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Sanitation & Dishwashing: Wash pots, pans, utensils, and dishes manually or using commercial dishwashers.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep and mop floors, wipe down work tables, clean appliances, and empty trash bins.
• Inventory & Stocking: Unpack and store food deliveries in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage while checking rotation and freshness.
• Service Support: Assist cooks during peak hours by plating simple dishes, retrieving items, or refilling station supplies.
