Waitress Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and energetic waitress to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and take orders
• Serve coffee, drinks, and light meals
• Handle payments and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
