3. Parties are not permitted. Unauthorized guests may stay only during the approved hours, and overnight stays are strictly prohibited.
4. Any damage to or missing valuable items in the apartment will result in a deduction from your security deposit equivalent to the item's replacement value.

- Check-out: 11:00 AM
-Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to apartment availability and may incur an additional fee.
-As per Dubai law, I will require a copy of your passport at check-in to register your check-in and check-out through the holiday homes portal.
- A security deposit of AED1000 is required
