 Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, records and documents by entering, transcribing, recording, storing information in written and electronic/magnetic form.

 Employee records, Card renewals and medical documents for visa and concerning matters in ministries.
 Perform general accounting duties.
 Responsibilities involved all manual and electronic documentation work process.
 Responsible for all monthly bills, dues and petty cash reports.
 Managed the financial operation and expenses including labor salaries.
 Responsible for maintaining all administrative records of Office.
 Responsible in visa processing for all employees –new visa, renewal, cancellation.
 Thorough knowledge in UAE Visa processing.
 Excellent communications skills in English language (written & spoken), conversant in Arabic.
 Answered all incoming and outgoing calls, handled their queries and forwarded them to the appropriate staff members.
 Provide accurate, Valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
 Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
 Ensure high level of consumer satisfaction by building and maintaining good relationship with customers.
 Responsible for paper and electronic filing system for records
