Project Manager, Interior Fit-Out (Fujairah)
Benchmark Gulf Interiors is hiring a Project Manager to run interior fit-out projects from contract to handover. You'll handle site coordination, subcontractors, procurement follow-up, schedules, client meetings, and snag closure across several jobs at once.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE fit-out experience
- Civil engineering background preferred
- Able to read drawings and BOQs
- Builds and tracks project schedules (MS Project or Primavera a plus)
- Strong project finance skills (budgets, cost control, payment applications, and cash flow)
- Strong documentation (reports, minutes, RFIs, variations, and handover files)
- UAE driving licence
- Must be available to join immediately in Fujairah
Salary: AED 6,500 - 8,500 per month, depending on experience
Type: Full time, based in Fujairah
