The role:-

To administer and maintain the business critical/ core/ operational applications (i.e. Dynamics 365, Office 365, MS Outlook), build value and safeguard the company’s data assets and provide information to support Executive and Management decision making. In addition, the CRM Analyst will support end-user adoption and monitor projects and tasks handled as the CRM Data & Process champion.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
 System administration
 User training, adoption and support
 Data integrity
 Process management
 Reporting and basic analysis

Key Accountabilities (core/operational business applications only):
System Administration
 Maintain system configuration and tables (i.e. pick lists, pricing, technicians, etc.)
 User administration – Create, maintain and deactivate users and security/permission sets
 Create and manage testing environments and undertake testing of all changes
 Manage integrations
 Ensure that system back-up is performing as expected (i.e. server files, CCTV files, etc)
 Liaise with system vendors to resolve issues, coordinate upgrades, ensuring that changes/upgrades are rolled out to every computer on a timely basis


• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Commerce / Business;
• Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to give full attention to what other people are saying;
• Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
• Dynamics 365 CRM product suite is a strong plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Data management, database and spreadsheet analysis
Knowledge & Experience:
 A strong understanding of Business processes and what adds values to the Business
 Previous administration, with a focus on data entry detail and reporting, experience is required
 Previous scheduling experience in a maintenance company preferred
