Sales Associate – Silver Jewellery Shop:
We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-friendly Sales Associate for our Silver Jewellery Shop.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting silver jewellery.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer enquiries.
• Handle sales and billing.
• Maintain product displays and keep the showroom clean and organised.
• Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and social media.
• Update products on the website.
• Handle social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Basic computer work such as billing, Excel and email.
• Assist with stock management and inventory when required.
Requirements:
• Previous retail or jewellery sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Arabic.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content posting.
• Friendly personality with good customer handling skills.
• Honest, responsible and willing to learn.
Working Hours:
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day off per week
Salary: To be discussed during the interview (or mention your salary range if you have one).
