A dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant is required to support a male CEO working from home in Fujairah, overseeing multiple businesses based in the UK. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both business and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Support Duties:
Manage daily invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
Draft and respond to professional emails
Handle general administrative duties
Provide UK-based customer service via phone:
Book cleaning and handyman services
Respond to queries and resolve complaints professionally
Liaise with UK tenants regarding rental matters and property updates
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (daily content posting & follower engagement)
Personal Support Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized apartment (light cleaning duties)
Perform laundry and wardrobe care
Prepare healthy Jamaican meals, including researching recipes and tutorials

Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Social media proficiency (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred)
Ability to research and follow cooking tutorials independently
Trustworthy, flexible, and discreet with a professional demeanour

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting executives or running office/admin operations
Knowledge of UK customer service standards and culture
Interest in health and nutrition is a plus
